Bwahaha! I almost had to stop at "her six-year-old twin."

And they go to a crowded diner at lunch where only two booths are empty, and the pair of twelve-year-olds still get a booth to themselves? Just how much space does Freddie need, anyway?

Well, I don't want to spoil you, but in a later book entitled The Bobbsey Twins and the Bobbsey Triplet, it is revealed that Freddie's anomalous girth is a result of a conjoined twin he absorbed while still in the womb.

*shakes fist* Thanks! I guess the only reason to read The Bobbsey Twins and the Bobbsey Triplet for myself now would be to find out how old that Bobbsey Triplet would have been. :P

Someone shouldn't be allowed to watch shows about freakish medical conditions. And when I say, "someone," I am, of course, referring to myself.

Then again, writers never mention it when characters go to the bathroom, so we've no way of knowing how often Nancy slipped into a stall or what she did while she was in there...
