As it is, her amusement evaporates at his insistence.] If you can't remember anything it means you were...droned yesterday. Like the people who wander around th'town living out the 1950s stereotypes. Everyone was yesterday, I guess Lucy didn't want anyone muckin' up her holiday. So you'd...just have been a doting dad and obsessed with tools and barbecues and...fireworks. It's...part of Lucy's amusement, or punishment, or...just her way of trying to get people to accept th'town on their own. [She's not sure which one it was that made everyone think hers was a forever thing, but she tries not to think on it too hard.]
