To all members of the Sixth Division:
As you have seen, the Octava Espada Szayel Aporro Grantz has delivered the Gotei 13 a subtle and poisonous blow. Although we can be thankful that none of the Sixth were listed, our diligence shall not wane. Every section chief will report to me personally with a tally of all personnel. Carefully note anyone missing. Also, the Fourth and Fifth seats will undertake researching any personnel previously reported as MIA back to the start of the war in an effort to determine if the Octava is connected to their 'missing' status.
Finally, every section will be having one additional hour of training scheduled per day. The new schedule will be given to each section leader tomorrow.
Should the Soutaichou request our presence to reinforce a recovery mission, we will be prepared.
