[Open to Captains, Vice-captains, and seated officers of all divisions]
The first bloom of sakura has arrived.
On behalf of the noble families, I extend their appreciation to the Gotei for the expenditure of time and resources to repair their homes after the battle in January.
In return, the noble families have offered to make publicly open the North garden for this year's hanami.
The allotment of seating space will be given in an orderly manner on a first-come-first-served basis. Officers may message my 10-seki Aoki Shouta to make arrangements. Captains and Vice-captains may make their inquiry directly through me.
The dates available are from March 25 to April 7.
Be notified that overly disruptive behaviour, vandalism, littering or any other offences will result in the person being removed from the premises.
Regards,
-Captain of the Sixth Division, Kuchiki Byakuya
[[OOC note: If your character remembers or happens to check
*, you'll find that the North garden was the one worst hit in the attack. As a noble I'd give its current aesthetic beauty a 5 out of 10 until everything grows back. But it's still a noble garden, 'commoners' don't know any different, and the trees are still mostly okay. Aren't the nobles kind? ^.^]]
