my gorgeous earrings that
look_a_unicorn brought back from munich for my christmas present broke.... the backs came apart, the silver pieces disconnected from the plastic pieces required to stabilise the weight, meaning they would constantly fall off due to their own weight. i'd only worn them twice.
so i took them to the swarovski shop in kotara this morning. i've never had it so easy to get something shiny fixed or replaced. all i did was walk in, explain what had happened and i was immediately given entirely new backs, no questions asked.
all i can say is, you get what you pay for :D
