The big difference between Albert's betrayal of Harmonia in the game versus that in the manga, is, IMO, that Albert doesn't really... betray them out in the open, in the game. He does more in the background than he does in the manga, where he goes with Luc, Sarah and Yuber to give Sasarai his pink slip, and then is hanging around nearby when Luc runerapes Sassy.
In the game, he's a little bit more sneaky... which is why I can see what happens in the manga to bring Albert to Luc's cause as being... quite plausible. Playing both sides.
WHICH IS TO SAY Luc likes manga!Albert way more. Or would, if he could tell the difference. Luc doesn't seem to see anything wrong with Albert's actions till the final dungeon, but he still doesn't... get it. XD
