"...What's that coming over the hill is it an....AMBULANCE?!"
Well well well, what a few days!
For starters my Mum was taken into hospital on Wednesday (cancer, long story, rather not share!) so I have been running around left right and centre for that as my Nan can't seem to function on her own. Add this to a hectic work schedule, and you can imagine how frazzled and tired I was. But that's not the worst of it!
Friday night I was driving Mark home from work up Woodbridge road, and whilst swerving to avoid an ambulance (that was coming over the top of the summit of the hill on my side of the road) and a concrete bollard, I managed to smash my car into the back of a 4x4 - causing £2k's worth of damage and giving myself severe whiplash and a bruised rib in the process.
Now, with Mum in hospital and my Dad convienently in France, I've had to learn about how to make a claim on Motor Insurance the hard way. It's so confusing!
Anyway, enough of my whinging. I need to go and do lots of things (as per usual). What I would give for a day with nothing to do!
