Tore up my right arm pretty bad somehow (trying to do a muscle up on the bar probably) and my left quad is still shot deep down so it wasn't a good night. Deloaded after failing on 255 for the third time (5/5/5/5/4, so close!) and it went well. Managed to record my form too but I haven't dissected it yet.

Got 5/5/4/4/1 on the bench for 180 and only 1 set of 155 on the rows, my arm just couldn't take it. Resting it good this weekend and we'll try again next time!
