10/3 part 2

So the week off probably ended up helping me, or at least not hurting me too badly. Squatting 240 was actually a lot easier than I expected it to be (better warmup progression probably helped) and I went with 100 for press and 245 for deadlifts, good form on both. Chinups definitely suffered though, only 8 / 7.5 / 3. Not really sure how to address this, maybe one extra max-reps set on an off day. Anyways, I'm feeling pretty confident again and I think October could be a good month for me. A week off every 2 months might not be a bad idea, either!

I need to get on a better schedule and start eating more or drinking milk or something. Like, up by 8, get a half gallon of milk on the way to work, and in bed at 11:30. I've been consistent in working out but still lack much disciprine WRT my wakeup/sleep schedule.
