well, I got some creatine for my birthday! HOORAH! yup.
Creatine basically "superhydrates" your muscles by putting water in them causing them to strech the muscle fibers. but in doing so it dehydrates you, so you have to drink a lot of water though. which is fine by me.
people say you starting noticing a diffrence in like 2 weeks!
well, Im planning on going to the mall so yeah check it later.
