so im in new orleans
i left...when did leave houston? the 21st! i drove here with greg, in my car. it was a pretty cool drive. i love driving through texas and louisiana, because while both states are so similar with wildlife, they are also so completely different. and i love driving through the marshes and swamps. its nice to see an area not completely covered in concrete. you can look over the swamps and not see "civilization". unless you count the highways. duh caroline.

so i've been taking pictures and of course, shopping. but its so weird. you know, to not have to take pictures. but im doing it out of enjoyment. dad said he would take me around tomorrow and take pictures. which makes me very excited.

o it is. there is so much to document here. i dunno how much longer these places can stand the "elements" if you will. but i just think...they'd make beauitful pictures you konw? who knows...
anywho. im taking piccies tonight of the fam. maybe i'll get some beautiful shots out of it?

so "santa" comes tonight. but i already got some amazing gifts that iwould sell muh soul to satan for. or maybe i already have. you'll never know! tehe. i got a beauitful leica m6 camera 50mm lens that goes to 1.6 apterture. yes i named him johnny cash.
o and dad gave me a beauitful sappherire ring
other than having a super soar throat, life is pretty kosher. scratch that, its pretty fucking amazing.
