There hasn’t been anything note worthy to update for a while. I was feeling kind of moody and stressed as it seems a lot of people I know are right now. I could go off on a rant but that wouldn’t exactly help the situation any right now. However, I will say one thing. People need to back off and get a life. Just stop the fakeness of it all and we will be fine. (Not directed to anyone reading this)
So moving along to the best weekend I have had in a while. After mid-terms were over I hopped on a plane to Chicago and took the damn bus to good ‘ol P-town to visit some amazing people. Friday I went to Hillel for services and to see Dr. Katz. It was nice to see him. However, no name calling, but a certain someone felt way toooooo comfortable and overstepped his boundaries with me. I can’t believe that! Anyways, after that the gang got some pizza at Belicinos (sp?). I watched Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants with Dannie and Dana even though. It was an ok movie. The parts I stayed up for were cute. The award for the best floor to sleep on goes to…drum roll please…Harper room 302!!!! I had the best night sleep I had in a long time on that floor, lol. Saturday- World series showdown begins!!! Do I root for Houston who has never been to/won a world series or do I root for my league and division rivalry. I think I have been up my mind. HOUSTON it is!!! I just hope I won’t be disappointed. The Sox are going to get too cocky with themselves and hand over the series in Houston. I watched the game with Michelle just like we did last year and she talked my ear off. She kept apologizing for not shutting up, but I missed it. I hate being out of the loop especially when it comes to her interesting stories and relationships with certain people. Michelle, we are only a phone call or click away. We have to talk more!!! Not having time isn't an excuse!!! We will find a time!!! Sunday was more of the same old haning out with people and watching the game and DH/GA with Michelle just like always. I don't do summaries a justice, but note to self, it was a really fun laid back weekend with people I miss! The End.
Thanks to everyone for wanting to hang out and letting me stay in your rooms. Thank you to Ricky for being understanding and sharing his wealth (wife) with me for the weekend. I appreciate it a lot!!! People need to come to Cleveland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I miss everyone already and it hasnt even been a full day since I have been gone. I wonder if I did the right thing or not by going back. On one hand, I missed everyone and it was nice to talk in person rather than just on AIM. On the other hand, it has taken me a while to get used to life on campus without everyone and I was finally starting to except the notion that I am not in Peoria anymore. I hope it doesn't make it worse for me. Ok starting to rant and I don't want to go there and I have to get going now anyways. I am having dinner with my grandpa because he leaves for for FL for the winter on Wed if the hurricane is gone. Then it is bed time. I am so exhausted, but it is a good exhausted and one that I would appreciate more often.
