Ooh. That's where we're going to go with this episode. It's a tough one all around for everyone involved! It's the start of Noah's surgery and all does not go according to plan. Dun ... dun ... DUN

Although I loved every opportunity we got to see Reid on our screens, there were so many things that made Noah's pre-surgery and surgery cringeworthy. First, that stupid camera. It was never good when when we saw that camera because it was obvious some cheesy dialogue would follow, starting with Luke telling Noah, "you whip this thing out" Say what? Then Luke actually getting on that bed with Noah - yeah. Cringe. Of course, Reid showing up and looking so hot and jealous is the only thing saving all of this. Luke's attitude during his conversation with Katie. Really, Luke. Reid really doesn't care about you? I think he kissed you not that long ago. Katie is being so awesome, and Luke is being so clueless. The blood on Reid's surgical gown. EW!! And then of course, the Noah dream. It convinced me that he was already suffering from some pretty serious brain damage. Cringe. Luckily, Reid survived the surgery without a scratch. He looks more gorgeous than ever giving Luke the post surgery report. Why would Luke even care about Noah's prognosis, just look at Dr. Oliver, Luke. All that could be yours!!!!
