In this scene, Luke tries to cheer Noah up by telling him that he finished his film for him, since he was blind, and that it won first prize at a film festival!

Here, Reid opens up and confides his fears about losing his medical license to Luke, who cheers him up and encourages him to make the phone call.

Luke, used to having his help thrown back in his face, goes to apologise to Reid.



Reid, being not a douche, tells Luke he has nothing to apologise for and that he appreciates Luke going in to bat for him, especially given that his own behaviour toward Luke hasn't been that great, thereby doubling his amount of awesomeness in a single hit.



Luke, unused to this strange and unusual behaviour where he is thanked for his help, rather than yelled at or dumped over it, is adorably confused.
