Lucinda tells Lily and Holden that Damian has taken out a long-term lease on Fairwinds, and to say Holden is not pleased would be an understatement. Lily makes more noise about how Luke can't really know for sure that he's gay, and Holden tells her that yes, he does know. Meanwhile, Damian continues to play games with Luke's head, saying all kinds of things that sound really good and supportive but not actually meaning any of them.

Holden gets all up in Damian's face, accusing him of using Luke. Damian says Holden is ruining Luke's life, basically accusing him of being the reason Luke is gay... or, rather, "made the decision" to be gay. Holden gives Damian a well-earned punch in the face, just in time for Luke to walk in and see it.
