Eating lots of fish is great for weight loss, hell. I've eaten in 3 days in a row for dinner and damnit if I'm not losing weight. I've found a summer diet that tastes great and I don't have to avoid eating shit, woooooo. Other than that I should prolly try and exercise... but I'm too lazy lately. I need motivation, and in a turn of crappy timing tonight. I felt like running but I wanted to do it on a track rather than up and down the crazy kzoo hills so I drove up to the track on campus.. The fucker is locked at 10pm... who the fuck locks a track, I like to run at night damnit, what is gonna happen, someone is gonna steal the fucking rubberizing shit....
