Today we journey back once again to a time when Luke Snyder was still played by Jake Weary and Jon Hensley wasn't phoning it in. Luke has slipped into a coma, and Lily agrees to marry Keith to get the kidney. Keith, to paraphrase Bonnie Raitt, you can't make Lily love you if she don't. And buddy? She don't.

Luke wakes after lightning-fast surgery and says he feels miserable. Oh, bb. Just wait until you meet Noah!
