graduation day
i graduate on tuesday with my bfa. it's rather exciting/frightening. i usually have a plan for the end of anything, but this time, it's a plan that hinges on so many other things. but, as matt says, things are looking up. i got a call on thursday and i have an interview here at the school for a position in admissions as the portfolio review manager. dad came to town on that night and stayed for dinner. he seemed to think that it would be more beneficial for me to stay here until i go to grad school, rather than coming home for the summer. it's quite possible that i could leave savannah, not in a month to move home, but at the end of the summer to start grad school. there's so much going on it's a little overwhelming, but extremely exciting at the same time. we'll see what happens...
i met matt's grandparents yesterday. his grandfather, dick, kept flirting. he seemed like the kind of grandfather that would have some amazing stories to tell. he winks pretty effortlessly. i see now where matt gets it.
