On Twitter, everyone and their mother is posting pictures of sourdough bread they're baking. I didn't care until someone posted photos of sourdough pancakes & the recipe. That got my attention. So I launched a starter.

I am sick of caring for it already. I accidentally missed both feedings yesterday. This thing wants a lot of flour. These pancakes better be unworldly.
