The things I do for family. X.x

Howdy,

Ok, what's new?

1. after 9 days, I've found the time to complete "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess". And when I say complete, I mean it. From bugs to souls. From the double sized 3 bomb bags to the giant quiver. From fishing to doing the all 8 levels of rollgoal. And yup, from all 20 hearts to the magic armor. If I sound like I'm bragging, sorry. I'm just tired of the game finally, (plus I was borrowing it so I wanted to make sure to finish it before giving it back before this Thursday). Was it fun? Yes. Was it difficult? At certain points, sure. Did I use a guide? Honestly, only once and that was to help me out of the 3rd from last dungeon. Otherwise, I was on my own. Had fun. Saw what I needed to see. Would I recommend it to someone? Sure. If you love adventure games. Puzzles. An ACTUAL GOOD PLOT. And a bishy male turning into a detailed, creative wolf. Go for it. (Though IMO, give Link, [the main character], abs and pecs and MORE MUSCLE. And keep the wolf. It be MUCH better. XD)

2. Still looking for a job. I have my eyes set for things like Wallgreens, Subway, Costco, Wallgreens, Meijers, Jewel Osco, and anywhere that's got an application and is hiring. All I can say is I hope to get the job. Also, yes. Pa still don't have job. How's it look? Don't ask. <.<

3. (And reason for title.) Apparently, for my Pa to ease himself out of his slump, he felt he'd enter a chess tournament. Yes, you heard me. A CHESS tournament. Something called the "Chicago Open". So far, that meant that for 2 of the days, he wanted me there for "moral support". Quite Noa, it's as boring and dull as watching dust collect on furniture. Normally there's 1-2 games a day. And each game can last up to, (and normally do last), up to FIVE HOURS! X.x So for the most part, imagine this hybrid basically sitting in a char and just sleeping. Otherwise, he's reading/working on drawing. But as for his gaming, he's not been very lucky. Don't get him wrong, he's quite a player, just that this tournament has turned bitter for him. But that's life for ya. You can't do well in all of them.

LOL FOR THE WEEK!!!: THE HOTEL THE "CHICAGO OPEN" IS BEING HELD IS IN THE SAME HOTEL AS MIDWEST FURFEST 2008-9! XD

Here's hoping things go alright to all of ya. Take care,

Noa "The Hybrd" E
