work... yess im going to talk about work
aiite so heres the deal.. last nite i was pretty much on my own as a supervisor. i made a shit load of key decisions on my own about where to move my people and whatnot. i had a radio, and my trainer didnt so i had to make all the communications to the other supervisors. there was a little fiasco, but he handled that and let me do my thing. it was tight hearing him say, "i got this, go run your area." my lead came up to me last nite and let me know that i did a helluva job. he said i had very good communication. he said he threw a little challenge up to me by asking me some questions, and i stepped up to the plate, and knocked them outta the park. in other words, i fuckin rule.. thats really all there is to it. looks like im going to be getting out at around 11 or 11:30 every night.. including fridays. fuck it, im getting good money. im currently making more per hour than my 24 year old brother :)
