I guess you could say so. [Usually this would make her fellow students at school, at least, find her very strange.]

Well it's usually do or do not... though a passing interest is well enough to name pets.

We have many books on the topic at the library. Both earth-based and of other worlds here.

Mm. I know. I thought maybe, since it was a different world, I could find books that had even more information, so I tried looking it up.

And did you find anything worth reading?

A lot of things. I brought some books back to where I'm living. [Where 'some' means a rather frighteningly high pile.]

Mm. Every day. Back home, I used to go to school early so I'd have a chance.

I suppose so. I appreciate them because they bring me enjoyment. It seems a little selfish put that way.

Not quite. After all, would a book not be happy, could it feel that happiness?

Mm. I think it would be happy that everyone wanted to spend time reading it.
