[Action] - Give me your energy!
[A blue-haired girl braves the snow now that the blizzard is ending. She's dressed in a remarkably short skirt for the weather, and she's got black wings. Must be a new feather, and she doesn't seem to mind the cold.
On the prowl for energy, the 'new feather' spreads herself out, wandering the main pathways and meeting places where she knows she can find victims. She walks with a measured but bouyant step, keeping her eyes trained on her surroundings and passers-by.

(ooc: Mercury energy-gathering post mentioned here. Victims she gets her hands on successfully will be anywhere from 'kind of tired' to 'passed out exhausted'; if they are not helped, they will still recover with rest and/or sleep, so not to worry.
People are free to thread-jack and help each other and show her she got more than she bargained for; all I really ask is that she end up with at least some totally drained/passed out victims so that her real targets will come out.
