Isn't it possible that the people picked for this list served someone's purpose of fueling the fire between democrats and republicans? ... Just a thought.

Of course it's quite possible. All the names on the list are of prominent politicians, so it's interesting anyway.

Depending on your position of any issue, this could be argued. It doesn't make the information any less valid, or less worthy of note.
