Farah was killing another day waiting for James to get off of work. She glanced over at the time, knowing that he was supposed to be home sometime soon but it depended if he had some kind of meeting with a student, the staff or a parent. So she sat on his couch, watching Ollie and Brian as they slept nearby, comfortable in the sun coming through the window. She was playing guitar softly, trying to find the right notes to bring the song out. The words had been spiraling around in her head for a little while and she was driving herself nuts with it. Shifting forward a bit, she looked at the pad of paper on the coffee table and started to sing softly.
"If we don't talk, that's okay cause I hear everything that you say. You got my heart tuned into you. A hole that hurts inside, it shows and you can't hide but if we open up, we'll break through. You and I go deeper, Down below where no one sees it. When you close your eyes and just believe it. You and I go deeper, where everything's unspoken and the world seems so wide open to me now."
They had been not seeing eye to eye on her being a stripper, she was beginning to wonder if it was getting to him. That some nights she didn't stay with him but rather she went elsewhere, to a club where she was taking her clothes off for other men. Not that she got fully naked but that didn't ease his worries, at least she didn't think that they did. Sighing softly, she continued to play as she waited for him to come home from work.
"You got broken once before, closed your heart up and said no more. We were trying not to fall, afraid of letting go/ Wait until we know now you and I go deeper, down below where no one sees it. When you close your eyes and just believe it, you and I go deeper. Where everything's unspoken and the world seems so wide open to me now. And the morning shines much better to me, somehow, maybe this can last forever. If we feed off what we feel and you love me like I know you will."
