Bicarbonate in bulk
I've been more or less shampoo-free for two and a half weeks now, but will give it another couple of days before I post my experiences.
A tip for those who (like me) live in places where baking soda/bicarbonate is only available in tiny (and expensive) bags: bicarbonate can be used to adjust the pH in fish tanks, so pet stores that specialize in fish/fish tanks might sell it in bulk! That's probably way cheaper than the small bags from the supermarket.
