I know that one wash with shampoo won't do anything to mess up my no 'poo regimen, but has anyone tried using shampoo on a more regular basis?
I've been having a lot of trouble with itchiness and dandruff since I started growing dreadlocks about two months ago and can't brush my hair anymore. I'm going to fiddle with the amount of baking soda in my wash and see if that helps me at all (currently using 1tbsp BS in 1 cup water and rinsing with 1tbsp ACV and a drop of tea tree EO in 1 cup water). But last week I used Dr. Bronner's to wash my hair and my scalp felt amazing and barely itchy at all. I'm wondering if I could use Dr. Bronner's every other wash or so (I wash every 4-5 days) and still be able to use BS/ACV without getting super oily. Has anyone tried this?
