Friday afternoon and it was time for Kadaj's present, the one he'd given him the camera phone for.
Hoping he'll like the time away and especially
where they're staying. Tim grabs his bag for the weekend and heads over to Kadaj's. He's got the Redbird, Kadaj will probably want to pack some stuff too and a car is better for holding everything than a

Soon they escaped to the outdoors and taking a walk along a path that circled around the lake. Not in any particular hurry, Kadaj reached out for Tim's hand and held it, thinking it felt like the most natural thing in the world to do.
He was silent, listening to the gentle sounds of nature and finding that he was missing something. Stopping in his tracks, he dropped Tim's hand to turn in tight circle, trying to place what seemed out of sorts.

"Kadaj," he whispers not wanting to make to much noise in case there's something or someone dangerous out there, "what is it?"

Standing there, in the middle of the wild things, Kadaj smiled and looked at Tim. "Do you hear it? There's no background noise. You know? The constant hum of the city, always in the background, you always hear it, cars moving, mechanical equipment humming...it's not there. It's...quiet."

But he supposes it would be strange for Kadaj, if he'd lived in cities all his life, "Have you never been out of the City?" he asks, "Or, a City rather, back home? Where you came from."

"So you stayed somewhere like this, with woods and stuff? You just don't know how to swim."

He shrugged, directing his gaze down at the rude path they were walking along. "I never needed to learn to swim." Smiling, he squeezed Tim's hand. "But you'll show me."

He was silent for a beat. "Well, I could but there'd be no guarantees we'd be in the right place or anything. Too many variables and not enough assurances."

"So you just don't go back?" he asks, "There's no one you three miss and nothing you need to do there?"
It occurs to him he doesn't know what made Kadaj come to Tropolis, or rather, he doesn't know why he came to FandomTown, the island.

He wasn't a very good son.
"We came to this planet by accident, not sure how we got here. One minute we were in a tunnel on our bikes, next, we were outside FandomTown." He looked at Tim from beneath this bangs. "So I can't take the chance yet to try to get home in case I screw it up. Too much riding on me getting it right the first time."

Though, from what Kadaj had said about his world... it could maybe use some one that did his kind of work, maybe.

He shrugged and gave Tim a shy smile beneath his bangs. "But not today. Too bad sex outside, while a romantic notion, fails to mention the bugs and the grit and the grass and roots in your back." Stopping again, he used his hold on Tim's hand to pull the boy back around and against him, kissing Tim suddenly in a hungry attach of his mouth to Tim's.
Reply
"Would you want to have sex out here?" he asks when they pull away, affecting an innocent look, "I mean anyone could see us."

He nipped again, lingering on Tim's lip, sucking it in gently and letting his tongue play over the slick skin before he kissed Tim right, slower but no less hungry.

So he wraps his arms around Kadaj, enjoying the slow, hungry kisses that make him feel skin hungry all the time.
"I'd let you," he says between kises, :You know that right?"
