This is for MdDS, Mal de Debarquement Syndrome. As I mentioned, I haven't been diagnosed yet (9 years and counting) but today did receive confirmation that my vertigo and balance issues are NOT due to my ears, which means this is even more likely than doctors thought in 2009 when it was first suggested as a likely culprit (but doctors were distracted by my progressive hearing loss, which apparently is incidental).
Anyway, most people get the syndrome after going on a cruise (not me, I get it from air and car travel) and the logo with all the sharp pointy waves and red edged letters looks sharp and frightening and plus, seeing those big waves is like reminding people "you shouldn't have gone on that cruise. You never knew you were going to suffer a disorder afterwards but haha, look at that awful sea. You should have KNOWN better!" I just feel upset when I see the logo. It seems mocking to me or overly dramatic at the very least.
