Sure. This is Adstringendum, the result of some failed experiments made by scientists. Today's January 19th but no one knows which year. We're here because some spirits called the Animus were bored and decided we would do suitable toys. We have no president, or leader, or anything of the kind.

The Animus, yes. No one's ever seen them. Sometimes they talk to us through the PCDs. It seems they can control pretty much everything and everyone in this place at will.
