Excuses, Excuses...
I thought I would give my amazing flist some wonderful excuses reasons for why there has been a sudden lack of icon, or any kind of graphic posts around here lately. First, work is a pain in my ass. (heh) Second, cute boys are distracting. Third, and probably the real reason for it all is because I've been struggling with trying to move forward with my graphic skills yet not having the software to do what I want so I just get frustrated and don't finish a batch. With the recent selective coloring craziness I have really been trying to find a way to get that effect in my program. While I didn't want to go heavy in that style I noticed how much nicer the icons look when you have that to lighten them up with and since Sam and Dean just can't go hunting in the daytime I have a hard time lightening the caps up, then trying to color them. When even this works still I have problems with not thinking they look right. My apologizes to everyone and my appreciation to all the people that always comment on my icons, that has kept me at least trying rather you all are seeing the results or not. At the moment I am trying to make icons for 'Faith' and it seems to be going alright so maybe in the next few days I will post those!
