(no subject)
so summer of 05' has officially ended. i guess i'll
write out the highlights of my summer because that's just the thing to
do? haha. basically, this was one of the best summers i've ever
experienced and the one where i learned most from about friendship,
family, love, and life.
all of the best times that i can recall:
-jenn's fun fun fun fun bbq on the last day of school!
-a one week roadtrip on route 66 with the churchies to arizona, new mexico, oklahoma, texas, and missouri.
-june camp with TN and endless pictures with the girls
-disneyland and red eye all in one day with tiff, chels, and chan. (we seriously had the best time ever)
-SCRC ritual with jenn, william, and johnny. saw anna and viet =)
-raging waters and hometown buffet with the churchies
-formal dinner in long beach (we got ripped off though, the food wasn't good)
-bowlinggggg with amazing friends
-beaching it with the girls even though i was sick and didn't go in the water
-late night trips to the beach to watch the glowing water with jenn and the OVers
-endless days and nights with my best friend doing nothing at all and still having fun
-endless trips to various food places with jess and spending all of our money
-dinner with the twine and chuck e cheese!
-make-up shopping with tiff and being happy about spending all my money
-numerous family dinners (especially TODAI last night with my parents, brother, jenn, and tiff)
-getting crunked with jess#2 and tiff, spending the night, and getting caught for lying to my dad.
-new experiences with tiff and jonathan and his friends..hahaha
-watching the screening of JUST MY LUCK before it's coming out (which was cute)
-lunch dates with vandy and making a fool of myself
-golden spoons with tony and getting in trouble for coming home late.
-girl's day in with jess#2, french movies, and junk food. talks about life with allen.
-trips to lake forest with chan and getting in only the last 5 minutes of mass.
-having ray and andrew come back and seeing them that same night <3
-hanging out with julie and sleeping on her comfy bed
-shopping and actually finding clothes to buy
-cabazon with big kim, trang, linda, and jenn.
-meeting new people who turned out to be pretty cool
-endless talks with people who are probably sick of hearing my complaints
-always with the ones i love most
-making memories i'll never forget!
i'm seriously trying to remember ALL the fun times but i've come to realize that it's impossible and i'll never get everything down. i've had the best time with the coolest people and i'm super thankful for everyone REAL in my life.
p.s. school started today and my classes aren't so bad. i like english and psych. the other classes are somewhat boring but i'll manage.
keisha made me think today and i want to set a new goal. this year, i want to be thankful for everything that i have and learning to live with just that instead of wanting and complaining about what i don't have because i've come to realize that i've got everything i need for a happy life. yeeeaaaahh so i guess i'm good to go! hahaha
