Due to scheduling conflicts, 311 has been forced to break away from this weeks River Riot in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Before this being released to the public 89.7 The River, Council Bluffs only rock station, went on the mission to find an equal or better replacement for the stations 10th birthday bash. Many names were being thrown around until the station found what to be one of the biggest names, and best replacements possible. Dave Matthews Band. Although most were very up-beat and positive about the replacement, some were un-happy. The station has sent out a bulletin offering refunds for anyone who wishes, by calling 1-800-636-7856. Refunds will only be given until 3:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, August 9th.
