It can! I don't know how it works though. But yes. We finished Metal Gear ZEKE. And then we had to beat it down after someone took it over, so we'd been working on repairs. It's pretty much functional now.

That's what happens when you work for Big Boss. Of course, it helped that he salvaged a lot of parts from the AI Weapons I built a while back. It was pretty useful.
