I was just reading one of Joe's entries. And he is 100% correct about the corruption of our band. Never have we been in a position that discrimination has made an effect on our lives as musicians. There is more corruption in our band alone than I put into the minds of the little 7th graders. And believe me that is alot of corruption. *It* as Joe would say is taking our band, and turning it into a group of marching clowns. Never before have I been embarrassed to say I was a Marching Warrior, never, but now it is to the point that I am even embarassed to say I am in the concert band, let alone the marching band. This program has fallen from a path that has brought in many awards and much applause to the path of laughter and embarassment, for not only the students, but for some of our parents too.
