First off I would like to say that your public dressing-down of two students was neither big or useful. Your skewering of Summerby's character, while perhaps valid, showed a complete lack of discretion and were this any kind of newspaper, you'd be looking at a libel lawsuit on your hands. Way to go, Smith. If you have a problem, go talk to him in private, and I say this knowing that whatever he has with Demelza is none of your fucking business anyway. I like Tracey. Which is more than I can say for several other people. And I think that any gossip pertaining to her is a lot of tosh. But it exists, neverless, yet he has the gall to go off at Susan for doing much the same thing.

If this is what it takes to wake the rest of you up and to give Susan the support she needs, I really don't fucking care what any of you think of me. Some people need to grow a fucking spine and stop being so worried about offending people.

It very much equates to an argument because I am using it to show how hypocritical Nott is. He chews Susan out for one course of action and then goes and does much the same thing.

As I said, I do not care what you think of me. As none of you seem to see fit to dissuade Susan from making the biggest mistake of her life, the the person who matters the most at the moment is her. I want to help her and if I cause everyone to hate me in the process, then that is a sacrifice I must make.

Much the same thing? Unless you were actually there, I suggest you keep your assumptions to yourself.

So keep her from making the biggest mistake of her life, and stop pissing off the rest of your friends. You're only shooting yourself in the foot. Wayne and Hannah might have rallied around to your 'cause' if you wooed them with logic and reason instead of shooting off your mouth at the first opportunity.
