New lj_ads post, LJ targetted AdSense
A very nice and informative post has been made on lj_ads here. I haven't seen the button/badge ad in use anywhere yet and still see the Google link strip, but if anyone sees those going into place, let me know; I'll need to redo my styles gallery.
Google's text ads now also include an "Advertise on this site" link which leads here, which I assume allows advertisers to specifically target the LiveJournal.com site through AdSense.
For those wishing to be involved in researching/developing LJ-to-WordPress conversion, there is now lj_to_wordpress.
Edit: On the WordPress.com site, there's some news/instructions about LJ Importing into Wordpress.com hosting due to a "recent spike in requests". Be advised that we're not sure how that mixes with security levels, neither will it import comments.
