today

I woke up at 11 but didn't get out of the room till after 3.
The winter carnival snow sculpture is beginning on the green. The 52 foot mast for the pirate ship is already up. It will be fantastic.
I was disappointed, when forecasts showed that the Jersey shore would get the brunt of this snowstorm, at 18", and central NH would get nothing.
This morning or late last night, it looked like some areas might get more than 18", and I might even get 2-4 up here.
As of today, its 18" back home, possibly more than 30" in the Boston/Cape area, and 6-12" up here.
Whatever, I'm excited.

USA Today is a terribly written newspaper, with a lack of content, so it gets really redundant. The people who write in to it are also pretty dimwitted. Its comical. and tragic too i guess.
They have this thing with news in every state.
So the Jersey one was something insignificant that I forgot. The New York one was a conviction for murder, because this guy shot this other guy in poughkeepsie, and I'm pretty sure a girl from my 1st grade class is related to the dead guy. Angela Neshiewat or something. I don't really care. Also, the NH church that let in the gay bishop lost most of its members, and after 100 years, was forced to close.

So it turns out that Treat has a house in the Virgin Islands. Spring break? mebbe.

Now Snow!
