Not currently, but there are some things you would do well to at least be aware of. Most notably, the Zerg are a hivemind of some sort, so provoking or attacking one potentially risks drawing the ire of the entire swarm.

I'm not convinced it would. Kerrigan has been carefully operating strictly from behind the scenes.
