well..i got up pretty early today , 9:30, then i went downstairs and sat with my pooch on the couch. then i got online and talked to lauren shes awesome. i then went on a run i think i ran 2 miles in like 12 minutes or something like that, im out of shape. then i came back and played halo 2 with my brother and talked to lauren again and sam.
