Spoilers for S6 TVGuide: I'm laughing, I'm crying, I'm laughing again
Here's the transcript for an interview in TVGuide magazine's special Comic Con edition that featured a lot of Supernatural in it's pages. Good for us, publicity! :D
Will there be post apocalyptic consequences from putting Lucifer back in the hole and taking the power rings from the Four Horsemen?
There are definitely consequences. You’ll find out pretty early in S6 that Heaven, Hell and Earth have all been shaken up by the apocalypse. And yes, there are a few good reasons for at least one of the Horsemen to pay our guys a return visit this season.
What’s going to happen with Bobby’s soul, and what’s the deal with Crowley?
Crowley’s not in too much of a hurry to tear up the contract. Hey, he’s a demon. When he said he’d reverse the deal, Bobby should have asked for more specific language. On the other hand, Crowley picked the wrong hunter to mess with. It’s turned out to be a fun story.
Will Gabriel be brought back?
We’re not exactly a show where death is the end. I think our track record has been to revisit important dead characters more often than not, actually. And we love Richard Speight Jr.’s work. So let’s call this a warm and optimistic “could be”.
Will we ever see the Winchester brothers working different cases at the same time?
Sure, it’s always possible. We split them up for various reasons. It just depends on what’s happening in that particular episode.
Will we see Kali again?
She’s not in the first run of episodes, but she’s definitely on our goddess short list.
Are we gonna get a Western-themed episode? Ackles has mentioned that he’d love to do one.
In a certain way, the whole series is a Western. As for whether or not we’ll ever do a themed episode, we generally have a “Best idea wins” rule in the writer’s room.

Okay, whoever you are I implore you to take a deep breath, secure yourself to your seat and be ready - are you ready? I'm not joking.
I laughed. So fucking hard at my screen. And then I cried. And then I laughed again. I can't help it, I'm done being mad and I'm done being depressed now I'm just in the hysterics stage. Yes, it was written and approved by execs that Lisa is a part of the Winchester family while Bobby is off in a corner somewhere even though he's titled 'surrogate father'. Oh and Cas isn't there but I get that because he isn't blood...oh wait, nether is Lisa or Jess (though I slid on Jess, little one-two episode Jess, because Sam did intend to marry her). And confident. Hahahahahahahaha- :wipes tear: Oh dear.
I think this is time to mention a little project I have been working on to help those of us who are having a hard time with this season already. A community specifically to help you survive it. Right now it's nothing but a name but I'm hoping soon to get it up and running like a cavalry at the rescue. This community will be a spoiler hub as they come in with an extra added dash of discussion about it (the good, the bad and the worst- you can let it all out here), it will also be a place to post 'fix-it-fics' and codas/tags, fanfiction addressing things that a majority wish never happened or should happen, a chatroom (to chat of of course), a place to post reviews and rants and opinions, funny episode related macros or pics or anything to poke fun at the show (with good taste) and a place to watch the new episodes and speak freely without worrying about harshing any poor bystander's squee. I have more ideas for this place as well but basically it's meant to be a place where fandom > canon. I hear a lot of people talking about this season and say that they're are most likely only going to live in fandom now. Well here's a place to do that. It's far from being finished but I'll get up as soon as I can. I love suggestions and query as always. :]
