HOLIDAY POST: 4'TH OF JULY
HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!
This seems to be the customary gif of fireworks celebration and today in particular (so far I've counted three people on my flist using it), I'm so original, no?
I know what I'm going to do for my ~* INDEPENDENCE DAY *~, it's going to be all Americana: I'm going to lock myself in my room (I'll open the blinds for that blasted sunlight, k?), I'll sit down with a nice liter of good ol' American Coke-a-Cola and watch my good ol' American boys battle evil across the American roads that look uncannily like Canada. Then, later, I'm getting out my popper-thingies (the little balls of powder that pop when you throw them on the ground) and scaring the lil bro or dog depending on who I get to first. Somewhere in there I'll fit in a Hershey's chocolate bar and a red meaty hamburger. And that my friends is how you celebrate the Forth of July 'round here.
Now if you'll excuse me, I've been staring at that gif far too long. :sniffle:
