There are a few places that can shelter you for free for awhile.

As for funds well...there's a help wanted section in the newspaper.

Most of them have rooms or apartments for rent.

The food isn't free but there's bone meat in your D-comm.

And to eat such meat is quite uncivilized without proper...preparations.
