It would seem this storm may not be letting up anytime soon. Will all guests staying in the basement level or have rented a storage unit in said level please evacuate to a higher level. I do not wish for anyone or their belongings to be harmed in case of flood. Should this happen the hotel is not responsible for any damages. We will repair any damage to the structure of the building by flooding but will not pay damages for items or persons injured by any flooding of the basement area. Thank you for your cooperation.
