Bottom line: Mike Furey is hot. (See video for illustration of that point - possibly NSFW, depending how your work environment feels about half-naked guys in bondage couture.) This sells the song, which happens to be about very pretty people getting away with very ugly things in relationships... and you can dance to it. ;)

Classic for a reason. I love the color of Dave Gahan's voice. Also, the opening chords are about as close as one might ever get (outside of blues) to feeling fucked by the guitar sound. UNF.

Speaking of... damn. Now that The White Stripes have called it quits, I'm very glad to have Jack White's crazyass talent alongside Alison Mosshart (of The Kills) in this heavy, bluesy-rocking ensemble. Sexy, dark music.
In For The Kill - La Roux (Skream's Let's Get Ravey Remix)

The album track of this song is pure dance and VERY enjoyable, her lyrics are fab, but what I love about this remix is the way it isolates her voice - soaring and frail and dreamy. It sounds like aural Joan of Arc.

Oh, man. The movie Scott Pilgrim vs. The World had so many inspired moments... yet it really didn't work out as a whole. Doesn't mean I can't enjoy the superbly, ah, authentic soundtrack. :D
