I'm 18 now, with all the accompanying legal status. It's quite nice, actually.
Acadec state competition went well, and I learned that I am a wizard when it comes to thinking up goth pick-up lines.
Examples, with notes:
"With an outfit like that, you must have good taste." (I actually used this one. In some circumstances, hidden sarcasm can be employed.)
"I'm only dressed like this because my darks are in the wash." (Does not work when wearing dark clothing.)
"This music he's playing is terrible. Let's go back to my room and I can show you my Throbbing Gristle." (The double entendre only works when the person in question is actually familiar with the British industrial group. If not, could go awry.)
