a. What initially prompted me to like the character enough to write about him/her.
Generally I like the fringe type characters. JK gave us just little glimpses of Andi in the books. A mention here and there but I always thought her story would be an interesting one to explore.
b. One of his/her best traits.
She's extremely loving. Andi never loves by halves.
c. One of his/her worst traits.
Stubborn. Ridiculously stubborn. Once she has an idea or a feeling then she's not likely to change it anytime soon. (or, you know, ever)
d. How easy/difficult I find it to write the character.
I like having Andi around in my head. It's never dull. I don't know that I always find her easy--but she's comfortable for me. I hear her voice quite clearly. Good or bad she's never really quiet about things.
e. The story/thread/chapter/post/paragraph/tag/phrase where I feel that I truly captured the character.
The ficlet with Andi and Harry after the war, dying and coming back with Sirius. I think those two are pure Andi.
f. My plans (if any) to write the character in the near future.
Well let's see. In one timeline she's about to be a mother again. In another she's going to be a great-grandmother again. That's what I love about Andi is that no matter what's happening around her, Andi just keeps going.
And thank you for picking up. When she tagged on that SWS (IIRC, who else is small or in trouble?) that really really got me - and, well. Teh Tonki lover her mum.
