my dad is such a downer.
i just talked to him about my big coaching summer idea.
he sounded good about it at first. but then he got into why it's not really something that's guaranteed to bring in money since the hours are unpredictable (this was my point), and that it won't really look good on a resume since i'm in university now, and it's something that would be good for a high schooler, and so if i'm doing it for fun, that's alright, i guess.
it wouldn't be so bad if he stated his point and left it. but he went on and on. i'll probably dream about it now.
