Inconsistency *sigh*
Forgive me if this has already been pointed out, but remember how Daniel gave this entire spiel to Wili in the series finale about how she deserved the EIC job more than he did, right before he went to find Betty (YAY!)? Ahem.
Anyway, wasn't Wili EIC for a while, earlier in S3, and kind of, you know, sucked at it? Magazine sales were way down since she took over because her concepts (Angelina Jolie in a block of ice, for example) were too obscure for the public. That's why Daniel got reinstated. He, Claire and Alexis decided she was a far better Creative Director than an EIC. It just bugs me that the entire show was based on the premise that Daniel didn't deserve his job, was completely unprepared, and Betty had to save him, Wili was evil but she did get the shaft, blah, blah, blah, inconsistencies-cakes.
Wili, based on her past performance as EIC, could very well run MODE into the ground after Daniel leaves. Does this bug anyone else or am I just nit-picky? Does this mean I have to write a (lurid, smutty) fanfic about Daniel and Betty returning to MODE to clean up Wili's mess?
