She can't remember their first kiss. Oh, she knows where and when it happened of course. She remembers lying on the table, feeling the wood under her back, the heat of a candle close--too close--to her head, the smooth cloth of his pants sliding against hers as he climbed up and over her, the fleeting brush of his fingers over hers. But she doesn't remember the feel of his lips pressing hers, or the sounds their mouths made or what he tasted like--though she imagines when she thinks about it--and she does, more than she'd like, more than she should. Memory is a cruel mistress these days, because she remembers this taste of him, that combination of wine and chewing gum haunting her, taunting her when she least expects it. Worse still, leaving her hopeful. She fears the next kiss will never come

Their first frak on NC was a bit of a drunken mess, but so sweet and unexpected (I LOVE YOU, TOO!) GUH GUH GUH. The results (after a second frak that night) weren't great, obviously, but I hold onto those good moments like crazy. Some might call that night their first and last, but I am going to say that they frakked in/before EoJ. I just think it makes sense. The whole "I won't cheat," business is just bullshit and I totally believe they went for it. I don't think Lee was in so much denial that all those hot and steamy kisses weren't already cheating. It sounds like "from this point forward, I won't cheat."
This was my canon as well from the first moment I watched that episode. I never even questioned myself until I joined fandom and others seemed to interpret ambiguity there. I'm like 'LOOK AT THEM! THEY ARE SO FRAKKING!' Ahem. Yeah.
